Jupiter Systems is looking for its next European Regional Sales Manager.

You will be part of the international control room and enterprise sales team focusing on western European countries. Reporting to the Senior Director of International Sales, you will lead the sales and marketing efforts in the region to meet or exceed ambitious targets while providing excellent  customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Manage sales function across multiple vertical industries: Energy, Power Utilities, Security, Military, transportation, oil & gas, etc.
  2. Develop a sales & marketing strategy/plan to grow sales as well as channels in Europe.
  3. Manage sales process, compliance and reporting functions to prospect, qualify and develop the opportunity pipeline.
  4. Maximize opportunities with key existing accounts and channel partners within the region.
  5. Build customer loyalty.
  6. Collect market intelligence on competitions, industry trends, new technology and key customers, with the aim to implement strategy/tactics to enhance the company’s competitive advantage continually.
  7. Develop and implement a channel strategy to grow the ecosystem of partners in the region.

Your ideal background

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited institution. Accredited qualification in Business Management will be an added advantage.
  2. Minimum 10 years of sales experience, of which 5 years in a regional sales management role.
  3. Intimate knowledge of the command and control market and key players in the region
  4. Solid sales professional with demonstrated complex sales experience across various territories.
  5. Strong reasoning ability, high energy level, strong initiative, reliability, perseverance and stability.
  6. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong command of English and at least one regional language is preferred.
