As you may or may not be aware, the United States government has filed a lawsuit against our parent company, Suirui Group Co., Ltd. related to its ownership of Jupiter and certain concerns by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (“CFIUS”). In order to make sure that management of the business is focused on the company and complying with the requests of CFIUS and its participating agencies, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued an order on May 26, 2026, which put Jupiter Systems Inc., headquartered in Hayward, California, into receivership and has appointed Bradley Sharp of Development Specialists, Inc. as the Receiver for Jupiter Systems to manage the day to day operations.
