This position has 50% sales, 50% technology consulting component. The candidate must have strong people and presentation skills and great relationship building skills. Minimum of 8 years customer facing/consulting experience with a proven track record of success in AV/IT solution implementation, design and consulting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities. Weighting of technology skills: 50% enterprise software consulting, 25% collaboration solutions, 25% video over IP technologies.
- Provides in-depth product and application knowledge and sales support to Jupiter’s sales organization.
- Liaison between Jupiter’s sales organization and technical support providing technical support escalation for all RSMs and FSEs.
