We are seeking an organized, energetic, hands on and results-driven Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will develop the distribution channel and oversee your territory, providing product presentations, demonstrations, while working to increase sales in your assigned region.   • BS CS/CE/EE (MS preferred)
  • Demonstrated history of a passion for quality

  • Practical experience with audio visual technologies is a big plus
  • Networking knowledge and experience configuring network switches, using network protocol analyzers (WireShark, etc.) a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Identify opportunities and qualify deals through target account selling, outbound cold calling, calling on marketing campaign leads, and inbound leads
  • Meet regularly with industry consultants within the territory to educate on Jupiter Systems product positioning, solution benefits and project specifications
  • Partner with distribution and reseller sales representatives to adopt a divide and conquer approach to maximize the number of demos booked and qualify deals.
  • Work with distribution partners and resellers in the territory to build relationships with account executives and engineers to increase the utilization of Jupiter Systems products in project applications
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of sales processes, product and service value propositions
  • Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts and sales activities
  • 50-75% Travel (based on current territory health restrictions) throughout the APAC region, for face-to-face meetings/demos with consultants, resellers, distribution partners and end-users to build the sales pipeline required to meet/exceed sales objectives
  • Maintain detailed opportunities in Salesforce CRM to accurately track and forecast up to date opportunity progress
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of International Sales to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Developing and executing specific corporate sales plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Educating channel partners via product presentations, tradeshows and regular meetings
  • Develop resellers to increase utilization Jupiter Systems products in opportunities
  • Regularly submit expenses for reimbursement and expense tracking

 Required Experience: 

  • 8+ years territory sales management for a technology company
  • Consistent and provable track record for meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Proven Track Record with New Account development

Education: BA/MBA in Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience

Location: Must live in Singapore or Australia
