Training is held at our Hayward, CA facility in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Sign up for courses using our Request for Training Form. We can accommodate up to 7 people in each class. Course registration is available on a first-come first-served basis and sessions will be closed when full.
There are several things that we need to know:
1. How many people are you scheduling for training?
2. List of names and contact info.
3. Which course or courses do you want to take? Which class dates do you want to reserve?
Three courses are offered, please choose any or all that you require. A flat $200 tuition fee covers as many courses as you want to take in one week. You may select one, two, or all three courses.

In addition to classroom instruction, each course includes hands-on experience, applying what you have learned, building and operating an installation. Please bring your laptop, as it may be required as part of your training. If you are not allowed to install software on your laptop please let us know so we can provide one for your use in class.
As part of your training, you will install PixelNet Domain Control on your laptop during the PixelNet Course, install ControlPoint client on your PC for the Fusion Catalyst/ControlPoint Course, and install Canvas on your PC as part of the Canvas Course. After installation of the software, you will configure the system and use your laptop to control it in a typical customer scenario.
All training materials are provided. Each trainee receives a System Manual and is encouraged to make notes in these manuals as needed. Training is conducted in a private room with a complete display wall and all relevant Jupiter hardware and software. Systems are available for viewing and examination. Due to similarities and availability of hardware, all models may not be represented.
You will receive a copy of the latest release of ControlPoint, PixelNet Domain Control, and Canvas on CD which you will use to install the software on your laptop. You may also be required to view the online manual electronically.
Jupiter Partners are expected to attend training as a condition of dealership. A flat fee of $200 per attendee covers all the courses offered within a one week period. The fee is the same regardless of the number of courses attended within one week (minimum of one course, maximum of three courses). Consultants are also invited to take training. Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of the attendee or his/her employer.

Scheduling and Questions
Scheduling starts with your submission of the Request for Training Form.
Jupiter will endeavor to honor all requests in a timely manner, but due to the intensity of preparation for training, we require the following: Scheduled requests must be made at least 2 weeks (10 working days) in advance of the requested session date. You will receive a request for confirmation message. This confirmation message must be returned in order to complete your session scheduling.
All cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled training date. Schedule changes must be by cancellation and submittal of a new request form for the date desired. Changes must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the originally scheduled date. Cancellations with fewer than five days notice are subject to a cancellation charge.
Due to the high number of requests for training sessions at Jupiter Systems, it is advised that training requests be made as early as possible to insure scheduling and confirmation of your requested dates. Your session cannot be confirmed for your requested session until Jupiter receives a confirmation e-mail from you (i.e., receives a reply to the request for confirmation message). It is most important that you get this confirmation back to us as soon a possible. In all cases, scheduling will be done on a first-come first-served basis.
