Jupiter provides the advanced training and resources to allow its resellers/integrators to meet any customer support requirement. When needed, Jupiter's own staff of service and support experts are brought in to augment the efforts of the local reseller/integrator.

Jupiter provides support to customers whose systems are under warranty or software support contract. If your system is not under warranty or software support contract, please contact your local sales representative.
