Jupiter supports its worldwide network of value added resellers and integrators with the best training and expert support in the industry.  The local, authorized Jupiter reseller/integrator is an end user's first line of support.  Jupiter provides the advanced training and resources to allow its resellers/integrators to meet any customer support requirement.  When needed, Jupiter's own staff of service and support experts are brought in to augment the efforts of the local reseller/integrator.
