PixelNet® is a revolutionary new way to capture, distribute, control and display digital and analog information sources found in a control room environment. Based on a switched, proprietary network, PixelNet consists of input nodes and output nodes which connect through a PixelSwitch. At the heart of a PixelNet network is one or more Fusion display wall processors, all connected together via standard CAT5e/6 network cabling.
Flexible, SCALABLE, POwerful
PixelNet makes creating complex topologies of inputs, outputs and Fusion display walls simple, inexpensive and future proof. PixelNet captures a wide variety of source signals found within a control room, and display them simultaneously on a display wall, on ancillary displays, or even across multiple rooms or buildings. Based on standard CAT5e/6 cabling, PixelNet input and output nodes can be placed as far as 100m from a PixelSwitch.
A PixelNet network automatically configures in the field; every input node is visible to each output node and Fusion display wall processor the moment the node is plugged into PixelNet. All PixelNet input sources can be displayed on any of the output devices: a freely scalable window on a Fusion display wall processor or a single source can be displayed on an independent display connected to a PixelNet output node. All of this power and flexibility is managed by Jupiter’s ControlPoint™ software, providing an intuitive, object-oriented, drag-and-drop interface to control and manage multiple inputs, outputs and display walls.
